Nicola has spent over two decades as a senior HR professional, focused on consultancy support to both SME and larger businesses since 2011 having previously undertaken several senior HR management positions, she now runs Danton HR.
Her knack for getting to the crux of the issue and delivering ‘spot-on’ solutions has seen her portfolio of clients grow and grow. She has an extensive range of generalist & specialist experience including complex people management issues, contract and policy development, change management, reward management, employee relations, ET, case management and supporting businesses in performance improvement and efficiency.

JACKIE BROWN DIRECTOR

As a senior HR Professional, Jackie has more than 20 years’ experience in the retail and public sector, most recently in Emergency Services. Her generalist and specialist experience ranges from policy development to change management, reward management, and employee relations. Jackie’s knowledge of employment law enables her to understand the impact of legislative change on businesses, leading her clients through the necessary adjustments, and keeping them on the right side of the law! When the opportunity arose to break away from the corporate world, she jumped at the chance to work in a different way, partnering with Nicola to join the world of consultancy.

Sarah has a long and varied HR career working both within the education and private sector and then running her own business. She recently joined the Danton team and has never looked back!
Sarah spends most of her time working directly with clients helping them get the best out of their people, covering a wide range of areas including people strategy and development, recruitment, attendance management, performance management an organisational design and change.
