How Danton is Giving Back in 2025

Here at Danton, we believe in giving back. We support several local charities to our head office in Bromsgrove and are always looking for new ways to create a positive impact with our business.

We thought it was time we shared some of the great work that these charities do and how Danton helps to support them.

Plus, this year, for every new retained client and Managing People Fundamentals delegate, we will donate £25 to one of our three chosen charities or one of yours in the coming year - you get to choose!

Primrose Hospice

Primrose Hospice supports patients and families with life-limiting illnesses in North Worcestershire. For Danton, Primrose Hospice supported our directors and their family through an incredibly difficult time.

As a business, we are proud to give back so that others in the local community can receive the same level of support.  Danton is an official Primrose Partner.

While money helps the charity operate, our team gave up time to come together as a team tagging trees for Primrose Hospice. Here are some of the team (plus kids!) in December 2024.

After Christmas, the trees were collected for recycling for a small fee which went to Primrose Hospice.

We look forward to giving more support over the coming year.

Dogs for Good

If you’ve checked out our About page, you’ll have seen our gorgeous canine champions, Jessie and Ella.  Dogs for Good train dogs to support people who may have disabilities, neurodiversity or other emotional needs.

Nicola, Duncan and their boys were puppy socialisers for several years, and helped socialise three puppies full time for this great charity and provided holiday cover for many more.

Jessie was one of these puppies and came to live with the Rokes just before the Covid lockdown. Unfortunately, because of lockdown, Jessie and so many other charity puppies, never got enough time around people to be fully socialised so she now lives with the Roke family full time.

We have exciting plans to create closer ties with Dogs for Good over 2025 so make sure you follow our LinkedIn page here for the latest updates.

Harry Bennett Foundation

HB9 is a charity in memory of local very much loved lad, Harry Bennett, who sadly died from sepsis at 16 years old. The charity works to give people access to the life-changing benefits of sports. Young children, adults and teams can get support from HB9 if they find themselves in hardship through mental or physical health, or through financial hardship.

This important local charity does exceptional work helping people access sports and events that they otherwise wouldn’t be able to do.

Danton has recently become a drop-off point for Bennett’s Boots. This great scheme lets you drop off your sports boots (even still covered in mud). The charity cleans them up and sell them on at affordable prices for families in need. It means more families can keep up with their kids’ fast-growing feet without missing out on the boots they need to play.

The funds then go to support other areas of the charity. You can drop your boots in the box at our Bromsgrove office.

Our 2025 plans

We will continue to look for ways that we can support local charities with our time, money and energy during the year. We always encourage our team to volunteer and get involved with our charities. Danton will embed more positive impact into our business operations and share these stories.
