Our one-day course will teach you how to manage discipline effectively in the workplace.  

You will learn:   

  • What an effective informal management approach looks like and when to use it 

  • How to conduct a formal disciplinary process and when you should go down this route 

  • Effective actions to take following both informal and formal meetings 

  • The dismissal process 

  • What your duty is under UK employment law.

What to expect:  

We use a mix of group discussions, interactive learning and presentations to deliver the training. It’s an active session and while you will be taking lots of notes, you’ll also be an active participant in the learning.  

This course is delivered in our training room in Bromsgrove and will include all materials, plus refreshments throughout the day.
