We often work with new clients who already have contracts of employment, a handbook, policies and procedures in place but they are out of date, are no longer compliant and don’t give the best solutions or protection to the business. 

One particular client came to us with a full suite of documents that they were using that gave them the basics 5 years ago but were no longer legally compliant. We undertook a thorough review and gave them an affordable updated suite of template documents that took into account changes in legislation and best practice along with additional, more robust contract clauses, policies and procedures that greater flexibility and opportunity to the business.
